All orders placed will be shipped within 48 hours, or two business days. Please review the important details regarding your shipment below:
- Fragile Items (handcrafted items): Although we carefully pack every order, transit damage can occasionally happen. Buyers accept this potential risk upon completing their purchase.
- Verify Your Address: Please review your shipping details carefully prior to checkout. Altering an address after order placement can be difficult or impossible once dispatch occurs. We cannot be held liable for packages lost or misdelivered due to incorrect address entry.
- Transit Schedules: Expected delivery dates are provided as rough estimates. Mail carriers may occasionally encounter unforeseen transit delays. We have no control over postal services (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and assume no liability for carrier-induced delays.
- Transit Damage & Missing Deliveries: We do not provide refunds or replacements for items lost or damaged while in transit. Shipments include up to $100 of USPS insurance coverage, and we advise filing a claim directly through their portal if issues arise: USPS Claims Portal.
